Apprentice wages are based on a percentage of the Journeyman rate. These rates may vary according to the area, or contract for a particular job. As apprentices progress, their wages increase commensurate with their period of apprenticeship.
**Benefit packages are in addition to, above and beyond, the hourly wages.
